Wanatabe, the District Attorney, strutted like a rooster, back and forth, back and forth, across the worn marble tiles. “So,” he said to the witness, “do you believe that the bullet, which Doctor Hoenniker dug out of the victim’s brain, was shot from the semi-automatic Glock pistol that the police found crammed in the defendant’s pocket?”
