Weekend fiction- Rosemary's Baby
The horrific crime wave in NYC (and all our other big cities) prompted me to reread Ira Levin’s classic horror, Rosemary’s Baby. Before the Devil Went Down to Georgia, he stopped at an exclusive NYC high rise.
Usually, to get what you want from Satan, you’ve got to sell your soul. Rosemary’s husband bartered something much more valuable. This slim novel seems like it’s over before you’ve started, but it’ll stick with you forever.
And, if you’d like a good scare, which is also set in NYC, check out my paranormal thriller, Azazel’s Public House… https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B92KGWD2/
Book Excellence says, “Azazel ’s Public House is a truly original read which plays with the notions of good and evil, the negative psychic influence of others on our minds, and the personal responsibility we have to fight for good.”
